Default Zoom in to maximum level (sample level) with keyboard shortcut?

Hi everyone,

is it possible to zoom in to maximum level (sample level) with a keyboard shortcut at the edit or mouse cursor position as if I was using the action view: zoom in horizontal? Furthermore, is it possible to have a different keyboard shortcut to restore the exact zoom level that I had before I applied the zoom in shortcut (which may be different every time)?

Your help is much appreciated.

Yes, custom actions will let you gang-up many zoom-ins, and there is an action to store the zoom-state prior to this.

Then all you need is a second action to restore that zoom-state.

Thanks but do you mind explaining a little more? I`m not the most savvy reaper user. I know where to find custom actions but I don`t know which ones to combine. Thanks.
