SUCCESS! Thanks to schwa, tale all all those who responded. Finally captured the elusive Loudness Meter by installing 6.37 then re-installing 6.38. Special thanks to Dashman who hung in there with me. The Forum has been a gift.

Has anyone figures this out yet. I just upgraded from the free version to the licenced version and no loudness meter or any JS plugins show up. ???
What exactly isn't working?
It's called JS: analysis/loudness_meter. May be just loudness_meter or loudness meter.
Are you using the most recent Reaper version?
