Midi modulation issue

Hello, there is a problem in my midi track that I never noticed before. It appeared after last update 5.972 but not sure if it's caused by the update, maybe there is not connection btween the updtate and the issue...

Think is. When I do an expression modulation in a midi track the sound is chopped. Listen to the sample: https://instaud.io/3p8T

However I just copied the track to the new project and th sound is smooth.

So I tried older version of Reaper the problem is still there. Any idea?

I found what is the source of the problem. It was one plugin from Waves.
