Automation Items: unipolar amp skew (overall ramp shape)

Task:

Create a stepwise upwards ramp from any given baseline. The idea is that every second step stays on the baseline.

Current solution:

Start with square LFO and amp skew. Then set all points below the baseline to the value of the baseline. That's a tiring and error prone task.

Proposed solution:

The UI gets a selector to choose between bipolar (current), unipolar upwards and unipolar downwards amp skew.

The example task can then simply be accomlished by selecting "unipolar upwards" and the square LFO.

The polarity selector should work for all LFO types.
