ReaScript: Select notes by velocity (range)
Needs SWS pre release version (I'm using version 2.3.0 #17)
Select notes by velocity (add to selection)

I think there is a script for "selecting every nth note" somewhere in this forum (made by Anton9). (I can also make a new one with new ReaScript MIDI-functions.)
