Images missing or are ignored by Reaper 6.xx

I believe these are bugs:

Creating WALTER Theme images... the following images have inconsistent behavior in Reaper 6.xx:

mcp_namebg.png (works)
mcp_namebg_sel.png (works)

tcp_main_namebg.png (works)
tcp_main_namebg_sel.png (works)

mcp_namebg.png (works)
mcp_namebg_sel.png (works)

tcp_namebg.png (works)
tcp_namebg_sel.png (does NOT work)

envcp_namebg.png (works)
envcp_namebg_sel.png (does NOT work)

It seems the "_sel" versions of some images are currently ignored.

Faced the same problem. In theory, it would be logical if the "sel" versions were for tcp too.
