Default How can I see which tracks have multiple layers underneath?

When I have a big project, and I open it a couple of weeks later, I don't remember which tracks have multiple layers and which don't. Is there a way to expand only the tracks with layers in it to the extent where I see all the layers recorded?

I don't want to expand all tracks with ctrl + dragging one track.

Any ideas?

As you probably know, lanes look like this. When I collapse the track though, they disappear one by one. I don't want my lanes to disappear only to find out later I had some left in there I forgot about
