How do I make them ("work") into executables ?

What part are you unsure of? There are instructions with them all.

For the tascam-driver-patch, it's right in the readme file.

For the tascam-gtk control application, there's an install script file. I haven't tried using it (since I don't own that device and it wouldn't be useful for me to try doing this), but it looks like it'll do the job.

There are install scripts for the others too. So I'd expect those work too. All except that android one, which I don't know anything about.

When it comes to Linux software that isn't in a repo, you end up in this situation a lot. Time to start getting your hands dirty.
