Default Specific items for fx chain

Very useful feature, i suggest, is fx chain items on timeline, each can be pre-fx or post-fx for track fx chain. And extremely cool - options to substitute and mix parallel with main track fx chain.
In fact its advanced chains for track, wich takes in the signal, when play cursor reaches them, and no need to draw automation.

This feature will save computer resources and make project more clearly and compact.
Of course, these items can be pooled, the same way as for automation or midi items.
Fades of this items may be interpretate as common dry/wet for fx chain inside.

As an example, i need exclusive reverb or eq for each sceen in movie.
Or there are several unique bridges and transtions in a song with diffrent cut-offs, distortions, reverbs and automation inside.

Also need to find a solution for toggle bypass all track fx in this case.
You could implement item based FX chain bypass button in the already existing FX switch, or maybe create a separate switch solely for that function. Better way, i think, would be just to add an option in the project settings, where these item-based FX chains would be linked with the main FX switch button.

It is important to be able quickly add these items with the mouse, draw them. And apply fx depend on focus, the same way as is for tracks and audio or midi items.

It is cool for post-production and other complicated projects.
I have not seen such a function in any of the DAWs and hope it will allow Reaper to break even more from the competition.

i am not sure i understand!
are you aware that there is Take Fx?
if not:
1) open properties of an item and look at FX take,
Or
2) right click an item and in the take->Show Fx chain for active take.

Also in options you can set a button to appear in each item to open take Fxchain.

Of course! I'm aware. To use take fx, in this case it needs to freeze track, but I need available to edit items and fx on many tracks inside.

You can try to make it with folders + empty items on folder tracks containing desired fx.

But you still have to put all the effects on the track and draw automation.
An empty item with an effect will not help you to go to the effect to configure it, if you do not link the parameters for a long time and persistently.
So this is not a solution.

I found, that ReaStream could help to realise a main part of this functionality as demo, but it have a latency, big latency.

Hey guys! Anybody want time dependent fx chain with fast access?

Or may be anybody knows how to route signal from one track to item fx on another track without latency? Like in image.

A little addition about fades.

Fade-in should interpretate as dry/wet for fx chain and as volume fade for incoming signal.
In fact it woldn't just volume fade for incoming signal, but balance between original track and branch signal, incoming to fx-item.
But fade-out should be volume balance fade only, or swichable.

Because needs to avoid possible glitches in reverbs, when swith on, and let reverb tails ends.
