+ ReaControlMIDI: fix loading of .ins files

Thanks for the new mouse-modifier!

@Coachz, for example the default "copy region with all its content" is actually a problem for me when I just want to duplicate regions for structure (Region A : 8 measures, Region B: 8 measure, etc.)

Devs, thanks for the take markers implementation!

It is something I wanted for very long, and as a workaround I had done a cue marker script. I don't need my script any more!

When this development cycle finishes with all these wonderful additions, or even earlier if you feel like it, could you iron out the rest of the reported ARA bugs? You have done a great job already but we are still not there in order to close the case and regard working with ARA in Reaper as trustworthy. Thanks!

Ahh ok. I find the region labels too small to read and have a structure track that has empty media items with labels like Verse 1. With stretch enabled the labels are perfectly large.

Take markers look good to me now.
When using the default theme any rate info at the bottom of items gets out of the way of take markers when the height is small. With other themes they can collide. What is the setting to fix this?

Very excited about the take marker feature and I know I'm not the only one.
I tried it this morning and it's really cool but to my view we need an option to display them as project marker too.
In sound design or post-production, we mainly use markers to sync elements or pay attention at something to fix, so we need to:
1 - see the markers line across all tracks
2 - see the marker label in the ruler

I hope something like this will be add in the future.

[edit] Unfortunately it doesn't work. It no more crushes but the INS file is not parsed correctly.

there are posts from 2009 about how to get rid of the plugin type prefix in the fx browser? (vst/ vsti / vst3 etc..)

we are @ 2020 and I still couldn't find away to hide these prefixes, could you please make it optional anytime soon?

Those are only used on macOS, since it shows the undo action in the window title bar rather than the menu bar.

UTF coding works in mp3s now, but not in wav/bwf INFO chunks. Can you fix that please?

As for ISRCs. Possible with yet another wildcard which is like $ddpmarker?
The idea being that reaper can extract an ISRC code from a Reaper DDP marker.
