Trapezeidal distortion

Hi guys.

Would you hand a little help in here...

I need something like keystone distortion (trapezeidal distortion; when left or right part of the image having less pixels then the other part of the image; so it will be a trapeze) for my video. Could you please help me to write the function or at least point me which function I can use to achieve this? I am quite new to this video editing functions of reaper.
