Default VST works midi CC/PC/etc.- VST3 only note on/off

Ciao to everybody
in my VST, all MIDI-IN events works well and MIDI-OUT too,
when I build VST3, it works only midi note on/off.

Can someone help me?

Looks like for VST3 LegacyMIDICCOutEvent must be used.
This was added in VST3 SDK 3.6.12 (2018/12/03).
https://steinbergmedia.github.io/vst...t3History.html

In REAPER support for this was added recently:
Quote:
v6.02 - December 16 2019
+ VST: add support for VST3 plugins that output MIDI CC data, via LegacyMIDICCOutEvent
edit:
For MIDI in probably IMidiLearn, added in the same SDK version.

Thank you so much for answer.
Good to know...
Maybe, I will wait for the "Production version of IPLUG2" where I hope the situation will be changed.

PS: Like musician, I follow Steinberg software from the begin (Atari) but It seems clear to me that Steinberg has lost new ideas in recent years.
