Rendered file is not the same as in DAW mix?

Heyo,

So I have had this super strange issue with Reaper.
Maybe its not that weird, but I am a newb.

When recording in Reaper after doing a little mixing. literally just adjusting volumes slightly. When I Render the file to send to my mate all the tracks from STL Tonehub are essentially non existent. The volume drops sooo low that you cant hear them. But in DAW they are fine.

I contacted STL but they said it would have to be an issue with Reaper.

Im confused.

Are you sure you're rendering the master out, and in stereo?

If the render settings are correct, maybe a workaround would be to freeze the FX at track level before rendering the mixdown.
