Default Resizing Project Tabs... Possible?

Can project tabs be resized?

So I've been doing a lot of digging and haven't been able to find an answer, so I'm starting to assume the answer is "no." I've never seen a theme that's used tabs that were any other size other than the default and I don't see any options in the preferences nor in SWS extensions. I fear it's one of the few aspects of the GUI that can't be resized/customized. My goal is to be able to switch project tabs easily on an 8" touch screen (using Reaper live, each tab is a song in the set, would be great to switch on a tablet that's being cast my Windows desktop instead of walking to the rig on the side of the stage to switch songs). The tabs are so small that I gotta be very precise and have a really hard time hitting them just right.

You can use toolbar buttons for this purpose.
The actions you need are Previous project tab and(or) Next project tab.

Oh yeah! I knew about the actions, but didn't realize that any action could be made a button and buttons can be HUGE! This is a cool workaround, thanks!
