You have to install all of Softube's VSTs to get this on Saturation Knob... No thanks.
Also it at least needs iLok's software version, if you don't want/have an iLok dongle.
Proceed if you so desire.

Not if you use 7zip and just copy the .dll file(s) you want out of the zip file.

try to rename the .exe to .zip and then extract as zip. works very often.

Well worth the effort. One of the few saturation plugins that sounds good imo. I often use it in mastering for the 'clipped converter' sound.
