Default bulk velocity edits

Dumb question -
In the midi editor , different strengths of velocity appear in varying colours according to their strengths. Is there a way to bulk edit all the notes of just one of the colors ? for example, ghostnotes may appear as red , and I would like to increase their strength en masse without altering other drum notes, or having to do the edits individually. Is there a way to do this?
as usual, any comments or help would be greatly appreciated . . thanks

In the MIDI Editor you can have a look at using the View > Filter events window to filter & select only specific Events, first (in your example: Event Type: [Note] inside a certain low/high Velocity value range).
And then adjust the velocity (of all selected Events) for instance via the Note Properties or by dragging the velocity bars/handles with the mouse.

An example using the Filter event window is shown here: https://mrctechy.wordpress.com/2014/...tor-in-reaper/
