Default Missing Stillwell Plugins?

A couple of years ago on Reaper 32 standard installation, I used the Stillwell/drumtrigger plugin on a project. Today I wanted to use it again- and it's not there!

I'm now running Reaper 64 on a portable install, with a new computer (if it makes a difference). I'm searching high and low for this or ANY Stillwell plugs on my system.

Am I missing something?

*Update: I placed it in the JS folder effects>midi and got it to show in Reaper's plugin list. Yay! Now to learn how to use it..

I think that the version created by Dongle Hater is better than the original. However, you may prefer this one:
