Default How to remove everything before a certain point in a song?

I have this high concept idea of using the end of one song as an intro piece to said song

so i saved a duplicate version of said song, and on the duplicate version i want to remove everything before a certain point, and have that point be the start of the track

You don't need copy of the project, just copy and paste all media items further along the timeline. Split the 1st copy wherever you want, select and delete the part you don't want and adjust placement of what you have left. Complications may arise if you have tempo changes in your song but if not that should work
