Use Case: Extend the LUFS Meter to export a report in CSV

Checking the LUFS meter of Reaper, I see it's in JS, so I think what's asked into that topic is possible in some extent.

This will enable Reaper to be successfully employed without any 3rd party plugin (the one of Dolby is not more in production), to get this kind of Report, asked by many Broadcasting Networks.
I'm personally "stitched" on that plugin for my job.
I will happily switch to the LUFS meter of Reaper if it could implement some solution like that.

I imagine developers of plugins could find all kinds of use for this functionality
I mean, just the idea of building a compressor that knows what the values of music are ahead of time makes my nether regions tingle. It’d be like POWAIR on steroids.
