New Reaper Version Issues

I just downloaded the latest Reaper version and now when I connect my Tascam interface there is a huge amount of static and playback is occurring at a much slower rate of speed. Essentially, I can no longer record or listen to playback. Any suggestions?

When I use Reaper just with my Mac output playback is fine, but when I select my "Device" as the Tascam audio interface, my problems exist.

Sounds like your Tascam is not matching the sample rate of Reaper, make sure they are the same
i.e.) 44.1, 48, etc
