Default CMD+Z undo - incorrecdt behaviour

Hi,

I've recently upgraded from Yosemite to El Capitan and I'm running Reaper v5.51 rev aacbbc with SWS installed.

Since the OSX upgrade, a project I've had for a year, that has been fine through successive Reaper upgrades, is now deleting tracks and returning to an earlier state when I hit CMD+Z to undo.

Has anyone had any similar experience and is there a way to 'reset' the undo file/behaviour? The shortcut key assignments are correct in preferences...

Thanks,
Ben

I'm on Windows but having a similar issue with the undo function. I run a large track template where I freeze and show/hide tracks and every time I hit undo Reaper restores the modified track to template startup settings. So the undo function is basically unusable right now.
