I need some help with some things maybe,...I just dont see anyone i want to work with
of the mixers here
frankly seem hostile toward musicians

would you hire someeone from reap.forums?
how would you go about it?

I have been hanging around these forums for many years and I have never once felt at all like mixers are hostile toward musicians. What on earth gives you that impression?

On the contrary, I generally see a very sincere sense of folks trying to honestly help each other out and giving honest feedback where it is requested.

Sure, there is the odd abrasive person around, but that is not the norm.

I would hire folks from the forums if there was something I needed, of course.

...and actually, karbomusic built me a custom hand made and etched distortion stomp box and it is my absolute favourite (cheers karbo, still rockin' El Chivato - it loves my AC15).
