RODECaster pro multitracks

I have followed the RODE tutorial on how to bring in multitrack form the RodeCaster Pro device. The first thing it tells me to do is go into preferences and select RODECaster Pro Multichannel. It's not there.

Anyone know how I can find that or how do I bring in multi-tracks from my RODECaster pro device?

Does your Rodecaster have the latest firmware?

And did you install the ASIO driver (if you run Windows)?

I am using a Mac and yes I have the new firmware upgraded for both the Rode and Reaper.

Check System preferences/Security and privacy if Reaper still has access to sound input.

I don't see any "security" options. I've tried to bring in the multitrack recorded WAV from the card and from the device itself.
