Is there an existing JS that will convert a MIDI note into a keypress?

JS Fx do not do key presses.

What so you want to achieve? There may be another way.

I am playing with Helgoboss's Playtime addon which accepts the keypress Shift + Return to toggle the status (play / stop) of the currently selected slot.

Although Playtime will learn a midi trigger to toggle slots, it is on a per slot basis - so if you have 64 slots you need 64 triggers!

I don't think it is currently possible to set a midi trigger for the currently selected slot.

I was hoping that I could convert MIDI note to keypress to achieve this result.
