Default rescaned my VST plugs and now my fx browser is empty
I am running 9.56 and I removed a couple of plugs from windows explorer and now my fx browser is empty. There are only about 10 plugs that show up.

I checked my dongles and restarted but I still have the same issue.

I have got the same... The right part of FX browser is empty.
Nothing in the filter. Existing plug-ins are working fine.

Some INI files removed, full re-scan, still nothing.

EDIT: somehow I have managed to set "Default FX filter" in preferences, during accessibility scripts testing... So no problem for me
