Reaper, console1-Fader, Nektar keyboard and track selectin

Hi,

I'm have Reaper 6(v6.23 - February 4 2021) running on windows 10 64bit(build 10941) I have Softube's Console1 and Fader connected as well as a Nektar Panorama keyboard.
There's an inconsistency across with managing the currently selected/highlighted tracks.
-- Changing the selected track in Reaper(e.g. click on it with my mouse) causes C1/Fader and the nektar kbd to update their selected track
-- Changing it in Console1/Fader causes Reaper and nektar to update their currently selected track
-- Changing the selected track in nektar cause Reaper to update, but C1/Fader doesn't update; that leaves it out of sync with Reaper (and nektar)

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on, suggestions for more investigation or troubleshooting? I opened support emails with Cockos and Softube.
