No re-scan for Waves plugins any more

When you purchased Waves plugin you had to re-scan all plugins.
This was annoying, because it took some time and you had to re-organize your plugin list in Reaper. You might have plugins that you do not use very often, but youb want to keep them, with re-scan the developer and plugin appears agin in you pligin list, so you have to check and delete and move and so on
After installing current version of Waves Central and buying some new Waves plugin
I noticed that for the first time I did not have to re-scan.
This is a great improvement!
