Can I request a theme here?

I'm not finding what I want in a theme although,most of the ones I've seen look great.

The best start would be to list, what you are missing. Maybe some themers think your ideas are great and add them to their themes.

For right now I just want a dark blue background and orange meters.

I am not sure how to get in touch with you otherwise, vidalsh. I wrote you two private messages, but I am not sure, if you recognized them after all. It's mainly just about one simple question. I modified one of your themes to better fit my needs and now people asked me which theme I am using. I always refer to your original theme:

I would publish my tiny changes in the stash as well, but I take copyright and so quite seriously.

So the question is: am I allowed to publish the theme with slight modifications I made while crediting you as the original author?
