I’ve been a happy LiceCap user for years now, and am glad it’s been updated to support Big Sur – thank you! I was wondering whether there were ways to directly support LiceCap development. Donations, some form of "buy me a coffee", or sponsorship?
I couldn’t find any official way to do so at least, but there are a few people who have asked about this in the past and I presume would also be keen to support the project / show their appreciation: - https://github.com/justinfrankel/lic...ment-785945904 - https://github.com/justinfrankel/lic...ment-665281087 Lots of open-source projects do it this day via the GitHub "Sponsors" feature (https://github.com/sponsors), combined with PayPal / Patreon / other platforms. |

![]() ![]() I think it’d be nice if there were other options since I imagine buying a Reaper license will result in developers receiving somewhere between 5 to 20% less money compared to a donation due to FastSpring’s fees, and sales tax (VAT here in the UK). |
