It keeps getting reported as fixed but never seems to entirely go away. The "pin' thumbtack mysteriously moves from it's position in the top bar to somewhere on the plugin surface. Link below has a good example:

I've never had this before. I saw it on 5.963 for the first time ever. Upgraded to the latest 5.973 and it's still there. Another Reaper install I have on a laptop 5.961 doesn't show it, nor did it appear on upgrade to 5.973.
PC uses an Nvidia 1060 with the latest drivers.
Anyone know whether there's been any other discussion or reports on this? Or more importantly, a way to make it go away? I'm trying to make some plugin videos and it's confusing for people to see this mystery thumbtack on the GUI.
