Massey plugins dont appear

Hello all i was about to try some plugins from massey (the eq, comp and sat) but it dont matter what i try they dont appear anywhere.

I tried the filter box, drag and drop and rescaning again and again and there is no luck

i use win 8.1 64 bit with reaper 64 bit.

I know they are 32 bit but the other ones that i have bridge perfectly within reaper
