Monitor FX: Bypass, PDC & You

Hi, hope you're good. Me again with another niggle:

Bypassing Monitor FX (with on/off button) should (imo) completely disable all the instantiated FX so that any latency-introducing ones no longer introduce latency.

The reason why is because many of us (at least me) are using headphone correction which seems to introduce delay no matter which brand you pick. It would be so much more convenient that, when I toggle Monitor FX on/off, I'd get my luxurious lowest-latency back without needing to go 'click the checkbox'.

Maybe this is possible. From searching, I realize that PDC is a deep and hairy topic and not in a good way. From the perspective of a total ignoramus, this should be super easy and I expect it will be released as a special version just for me . Thank you soooo much.
