FX parameter envelopes - "Set point value" conversion (FIXED)
Insert FX (JS, DX, or VST)
Enable any envelope FX parameter.
Click on the envelope to create a point, drag it up and down, and
notice its range.
Right-click on the point, choose "set point value"
Whatever the parameter's value was, gets converted to decibels?
If you type the correct number in, ignoring decibels, it sets the effect parameter properly.
Effect envelopes seem to be getting the same conversion in this dialog as volume envelopes. Pan envelope values get formatted differently, with the appropriate L/R thingy.

If the effect does its own conversion, it shows up properly, just like it does in the tooltip while dragging the envelope point. Most FX do this.
If the effect doesn't, it shows up as the familiar 0 to 1.
Only in the relatively uncommon event that an effect parameter both displays its value as 0 to 1, and is a level control, is the decibel conversion appropriate.
And if you accept decibels as a unit, and try to type the new value in decibels, it doesn't work. "+10db" is interpreted as 10, which is +20db, whereas typing decibels works with the volume envelope points.
