Default Databases in Explorer

These databases in Explorer (see attached) do I need these or can I delete them to keep the Explorer looking a little more clean?

A database in Explorer is essentially a reference list. For example, the same files can be referenced in more than one database. The actual files themselves are still stored in the Windows directories (or Mac equivalent).

Removing the database does not delete the files that it references. They will remain in whatever directory they are stored. To delete a database, choose Delete database from the right click menu.
