Default How can I Normalize Tempo Map?

Hey everyone! I've recorded a scratch track so I can get a sense of tempo for a song we're doing with a few tempo changes and I've worked up a tempo map for it. Does anyone know of an easy way to "normalize" or average out all of the tempo/time signature markers in a given section? We perform to a click and backtrack, so I don't want the varied tempo from the scratch track, but I want to keep the time sig changes and the intentional tempo changes.

I know I can just find the average and delete all of the intermediate markers. Just looking to save time as I move on to the other pile of songs I have to map out.
