Backward by Mallow Hill
Backwards - song written and performed by Mallow Hill (a band from Baltimore Maryland).
Recorded and mixed by my son in his studio using Reaper.

I like it, but what do you Reaperites think?

Well I think this is absolutely great. Great performance, great recording capture, and great mix. Good video too.

Tod, thanks for taking the time to comment. It is always good to hear from the voice of experience, and I know that you are deeply experienced. And of course I am glad that you liked it. I will pass your response along to all involved.

Really nice. Especially liked the sweet tone of the piano and guitar in the gentle parts.

Holy smokes! What the hell is in the forum water these days?
This is fantastic, and wow what a voice. Not to take anything away from the band, because the writing, the music, the musicianship, the vibes and the grooves are just great, but THAT is the kind of voice that could very well be all over the airwaves and people would love it.
Quality all around.

Hi Timothy. It is nice to see that you are still around. Thanks for listening. I'm always interested to know what you most notice when you listen to a recording as I expect that your classical training might give you a different insight from those of who are not so deeply trained.
Kindafishy, I fully agree with you about the singer. Her voice reminds me of Stevie Nicks. She is radio ready.
As you point out there are is a lot of great music on the forum right now. Some of the stuff I am hearing here now is really top notch, and more interesting by far than top 10 music.
