Default Sending Stereo mix back into project..?

Hello..I'm working on a project and I want to send it to friend to add tracks via .wav files..How can I send the mix back into the project onto a stereo track for him to just use the stereo track for reference and not have to worry about all the tracks in the project itself..?.I know this seems a little redundant for most here but, I'm trying...(lol)..

If you want to include a track with the rendered master mix into the project:

1) Render the project via File > Render (Source: Master Mix)
2) Import the rendered audio file afterwards into the project

Instead of doing the import manually (step 2), you could also check the Add rendered items to new tracks in project box at the bottom of the Render dialog (in step 1).
