Default Working with two computers

I would like to do all my recordings using one dedicated PC and then switch over to another PC (in my home office) to do all of the mixing and mastering. Is there a realy easy seemless way to do that or just have to move files from one to the other? They are networked and I could map drives, but looking for the best way to make it seemless between the two.

I use windows homegroup and a filemanager with double panels to move files from pc1 to pc2. Works fine.
Pc1 is my surf and work pc. I download plugins and samples with it.
Pc2 is the daw pc and i fetch the plugin/samples from pc1.
When you save your recorded audio it is files that is moveable in usual way.
Only problem would be if you want to turn off the recording pc when you're done. Then it needs to be a flashdrive for storage of copies and moving the files.
Also check "synced folders" for windows. I know the feature exists but have never used it.
A Nas could be used as well.
In my mind all of these is easy ways. Just different.

personally I would rather copy the files from one to the other
there are various ways to do that
networked is one
Anydesk [Anydesk.com] is another that avoids networking
I use it all the time

There are enough options available now to make your head spin!

Sometimes keeping simple things simple has its charm. Just old fashioned drag/drop copying files into the desired folder.

Hard to knock the cloud services and sync'ing devices and all that just the same. Just pick up working between multiple machines and revisions and everything are just there with no prompting. But now you need a network at least and internet for the cloud account as a hub services.

I'll still transfer files from my laptop to the main studio machine with target disk mode. Boot the laptop in target disk mode and plug it in. Drag/drop to the drive I want.
