ReaScript API: Enable / Disable ReaMote

At present, Get/SetMediaTrackInfo_String cannot yet get or set tracks' ReaMote settings, so scripts have to slowly work via each track's state chunk.

EDIT: Scripts cannot set the REAMOTE field of the chunk. (REAPER disregards changes to this field.)

EDIT 2: As an alternative to Get/SetMediaTrackInfo_String, the functions can be implemented as TrackFX functions.

EDIT 3: This FR can be implemented in at least three ways:
* Get/SetMediaTrackInfo_String gets new parameter "P_REAMOTE".
* New TrackFX functions for ReaMote FX.
* REAPER accepts changes to REAMOTE field in chunk.

It seems that scripts cannot change the ReaMote setting via the REAMOTE field of the chunk.

An alternative way to implement these features, is as TrackFX functions.

It would also be useful to have an API function that returns all the available ReaMote hostnames.

Recently someone asked me:

Is there a way to build an action that could toggle enable/ disable Reamote fx processing on selected tracks?

Currently if Reamote disconnects from a remote server, I have re-enable each track one at a time.

It would be so handy if I could select a group of tracks and hit a key command to switch them over to Reamote FX-Processing.

This thread's FR would allow easy toggling of multiple tracks' ReaMote FX.

This would be very useful. Currently, if a reamote system becomes disconnected, the user has to manually reconnect remote tracks one at a time.

It would be way easier to toggle these settings.
