REATUNE with quarter tones

Hi,

I'm working on a project with quarter and third tones (arabic music) and so I would love to see a "detune" parameter for each note of the scale.
Example: Change the B to a "B - 20cents"

Thanks for the vsti tip which I might use but for now it's mostly live vocals and strings so it's a Reatune kind of a job.
