How to insert photos of guitar/amp/mic settings in note pad

In "project settings" there are notes to keep track of how you set mics, amps, etc. and other details.

I would like to be able to take a picture of each of my guitar, mics, guitar amp, preamp settings, and then be able to paste them in the note pad. Then I just refer back to the Note pad if I want to record more parts with the same settings.

However, there is no "paste" option.

Please tell me there is a way to do this? If not, what do you guys do to capture settings for future reference without having to write down what every dial and button is set at like it's 1975...

maybe you could use it has an insert with images. I prefer this way.
