Default Exclusive arming?

That is, disarming all other tracks when you arm one, unless you hold the shift or ctrl key. It seems that this would be possible using a macro with the disarm and arm tracks actions, though I'm not sure about the key modifier to add other tracks. But I was wondering if there's a setting somewhere? I searched but did not find one.

Why? I have a tendency to forget that tracks off-screen are armed and have on occasion overwritten stuff. Mostly when I'm getting ideas and have one hand on an instrument and want to get the idea down before it flees me.
