Anticipative FX problem

I am running the latest preview of Reaper on a 800 Mhz Quicksilver with 1G ram and a MOTU PCI 324 card running a 24i and a 2408. I have a PCI Powercore card and even though I have made sure Reaper is running anticipative FX, I still get the delay. Is there some setting I am not aware of? The lower left reads 0/0 spls. It seems like Reaper isn't reading the latency numbers from the Powercore card. Anticipative FX works on AudioDesk, so I know the card is sending info.

Other than that, Reaper works great on my machine. Some times the FX UI won't switch to the "pretty" graphics, but the FX work anyway.
