Default Reaper Linux multi screen wrong size fullscreen

Hi,
I have a multi monitor setup and I have my laptop on the left and a monitor on the right.
the laptop has a resolution of 1920x1080 and the main screen has 2560x1440
On ubuntu linux if I put the laptop on the left when I go fullscreen reaper get the resolution of the desktop -> bigger screen so the window overflows.
If I put the bigger screen on the left (so I invert the screens) reaper do the right thing and thet the right resolution depending on the monitor

Default

Are you both dragging the monitor icons on the display dialog to set which is on the left, and ticking the box to make the left monitor be the default monitor?

If so, I got nothing, but I remember wrestling with my dual monitor setup (both monitors 1080 though) in Xubuntu a bit before getting it to work like I wanted.
