Default Can't get back the docker layout I used to have

Hi,
When I opened Reaper the other day I found my Reaper docker layout had changed slightly (might have been after changing monitor resolution).

Now, no matter how much I drag around the docker tab and wait for the blue line to go where I want, I can't get it back to how it was.

I've attached a diagram of how it was before. Can someone help?

Side question, are there any scripts to enhance Reaper's unpredictable docking behaviours?

I searched ReaPack for "dock" and got no results but maybe they're up for download somewhere else.

It seems like an area just waiting for a capable scripter to enhance it... assuming that part of Reaper is actually scriptable.

Or is the docker arrangment in an xml file somewhere? Maybe I can just hand edit it to get it back to how it was... sigh

UPDATE:

I can get the layout I want by dragging the dock tab to my 2nd monitor (which has no active Reaper windows on it), this is the only way I can consistently get the blue line to appear where I want it. I know it's the wrong forum but is this worth recording with licecap as a bug or is this already a well known thing? (one monitor is landscape and one is portrait/vertical so that this could be confusing Reaper maybe)

JUst hold ctrl or alt (I forget which) when you drag a docker, it will step between every single possible dock position, dragging without it is terrible.

You want to double-click on that problematic docker edge.

Wow. Just wow. Thanks! Is this documented anywhere? I just did a ctrl+f for docker in the manual pdf I have saved and I couldn't find a mention of this.

Now it's documented here on the forum. Don't know about the manual.
