moving floating mastertrack

i have a problem moving the mastertrack in its own window. go to view>floating mixer master, right click on mastertrack, then master track>show in separate window. in this view the mastertrack cannot be moved anymore.

I don't have this problem anymore with another new portable reaper, now I just have to find out why I have this problem with my main reaper and another portable reaper. Something seems to be wrong with my settings.

I have found the cause of the error. In the "Advanced UI/system tweaks ..." the option "Use large (non-tool) window frames for windows".

Steps to follow up:

1. go to options>preferences>general>advanced UI/system tweaks and activate the option "Use large (non-tool) window frames for windows"

2. go to view>floating mixer master

Result:
The floating mixer master window cannot be moved.

If I uncheck the option "Use large (non-tool) window frames for windows", then it works.

Windows 10 x64, Reaper 6.25 x64

Can anyone reproduce this?
