Default Reaper 4.0 not recognizing adat audio

Here's my gear: Yamaha DM2K, 16 channel ADAT card, M-Audio Lightbridge, PC core i5 windows 7-64 bit, reaper 4.0.

Here's the problem: Audio shows up on the mixer i/o, on the lightbridge i/o but reaper only registers audio from the 1st set of ADAT channels (1-8). In the preferences, I have enabled inputs/outputs from ADAT 1-1 to ADAT 2-8. Reaper is not recognizing signal on the 2nd set (9-16). I tried in an old version of Sonar to see if mixer or lightbridge was the problem. All channels registered audio in sonar.

What am I missing? Is this a bug in 4.0 that needs to be fixed? Is 64 bit the problem?

I am appreciative of any help you guys give me thanks.

Did you ever get an answer to your question?

I am asking as I have the same 64bit i5 setup, and a Yammy 01v96 v2, with adat expansion in it, so I am looking for 16channels into Reaper as well.
