Default Is there a way in Reaper to make the Mod Wheel "less sensitive/reactive" ?

I've got an orchestral instrument library and I swell in the instruments from time to time using the Mod Wheel.

However, my the Mod Wheel is quite sensitive so even a minor push on it makes things swell in too loud and too quickly.
I have altered the Attack etc, and thats helped, but not entirely.

I did add JS: MIDI CC Mapper and clamped the min-max values down a bit (see image attached), again, that helped, but overall is there any other way to make the Mod Wheel less reactive?

Midi Ox can do linear scaling of any midi data using its Data Mapping feature, but it sounds like you need to alter the curve of the control...

I don't have any good answers. It'd be a great Midi JS Fx.

ReaPack -> MIDI Convert To CC allows for stretching the values of CCs.
