Scrolling mixer feature

I would find a mixer scrolling feature to be very useful for some themes where you need to see the top of the mixer to reach the fx areas not visible. In some themes, they are fixed, and a scrolling mixer feature on a laptop screen is even more usable.

Maybe just a tick box to be able to activate this feature if some people don't want or need it.

I get updates, and do scroll through them, but

not in a language as mostly code talk.
