Presonus Faderport v2 odd behavior

Very intermittently when running REAPER (latest version) with my Faderport, the physical controls stop working 'inbound.' In other words, moving the fader or using the transport controls has no effect. The odd part is, changing focus to a different track, the fader moves to where it should! It's as if only inbound communications stopped working. Restarting the Faderport does not fix the problem, but restarting REAPER does fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this?

my faderport v2 is not at all working with reaper ... infact i tried mcu mcu k and many more settings and actions..nothing is working... simply keeping my new faderport v2 with no use.. myself totally fedup with reaper now...

Where did you find a statement that this combination is supposed to work "out of the box" ?

That site should be able provide a short description on how to integrate the device with Reaper.
